Targeting specific branches, employers and other organisations in calling and conversation campaigns
You can easily target specific branches, regions, employers or workplaces when running calling and peer to peer conversation campaigns. When targeting is active, users are given the option to select an organisation to prioritise when making calls or replying to conversation messages.
Targeting allows you to move resources where you need it most, just turn it on and let users know which organisations to prioritise.
-----
How to set up targeting on your campaign:
Step 1: Turn on campaign targeting in phone or P2P campaign settings
There are two options to choose from when turning on targeting:
Any organisation allows users to pick a target organisation from any in the campaign. For this setting to work users must have a role with the "volunteer anywhere" permission enabled.
Any organisation below users organisation allows users to pick a target organisation that is within the same organisation as the user. For example a regional user could pick any branch in their region.

Step 2: Users select their target before replying to messages or making calls
