Updating goals with external data
It’s possible to update your goals using external data, so you can keep track no matter where the data is gathered. To update a goal with external data, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create a list of everyone who has completed the goal based on external data
In the Audience tab, use membership number, phone number or email to create a list of everyone you want to mark as meeting the goal. You can copy and paste this data in or upload a CSV with a single column:
Step 2: Turn the list into an audience:
Step 3: Use bulk action to mark everyone in the audience as completed the goal.
In the audience use bulk actions to mark everyone in the audience as completed the goal. Select Complete Goal and choose the goal you wish to mark everyone as completed:
