Automations overview
Once your automation has launched you can check in on progress with the overview. This will show you how many people have entered the automation, completed the automation or exited because they met the exit rules.

Pause Automations

You can pause your automations at any time. This will stop anyone moving along the automation and means automation actions will be suspended. However, people will keep their place in the automation and if the automation is resumed, they will move through the automation again from the position they were in when it was paused. To pause the automation select edit on the overview page > pause in the top right before returning to the overview. The overview will then show that the automation has been paused and the Pause button will update to Resume. To relaunch, select Resume.

Edit Automations

You can edit, add or remove nodes within an Automation whilst paused, so if your automation is still needed but the content needs updating, save time by editing rather than creating from scratch. Only nodes that have no people at them can be deleted.

Note: Campaigns that are created as part of an automation are auto-launched when the automation is launched, so campaigns don't need to be manually sent before the automation is put live.
