Add canned responses to SMS and WhatsApp conversation campaigns
Canned responses are pre-written responses that users have the option to use when replying to recipients. You can set up canned responses for common questions, to provide useful links or further information or as explanations about relevant topics. This functionality can help to speed up the process of replying and assist users when they don’t know the answer to a certain question.
First, complete the sections before canned responses in the campaign builder. Once you have completed those sections, open the canned responses section and click Add Canned Response.

Add a name for your canned response and the add text to the body. Click save once you are happy with the text. Select add canned response if you want more than one for your campaign. It is important to note that canned responses are per campaign.

You can use merge tags for personalisation when creating your canned responses.
