Match volunteers in text and WhatsApp conversation campaigns

You can localise a bigger campaign by using Volunteer matching so users can only reply to people in their branch, organisation or below. Using this setting means you can have a single national text or WhatsApp conversation campaign but still make sure volunteers are replying only to people in their region, branch or workplace.

You can set this in the campaign settings when you build you text or WhatsApp conversation campaign:

Match by branch: Callers can only reply to people within the same branch. If users are assigned to regions instead of branches they will not be able to respond to any messages as they cannot be matched.
Match by organisation: Callers can only reply to people within the same organisation.
Any organisation below users organisation: This is the recommended setting. Organisations are organised hierarchically from national to a region to a branch. Volunteers can only reply to people in the organisations that sit within the volunteer's organisation in the hierarchy. So, a volunteer assigned to a region can respond to messages from people in their region or any branch within this region. Volunteers assigned to a branch can respond to everyone in their branch.
