How to add canned responses to conversation campaigns
Canned responses are pre-written responses that users/volunteers have the option to use when replying to members and supporters in conversation campaigns. Users can use these canned responses for common questions or as explanations about relevant topics. This functionality can help to speed up the process of replying to people, ensure campaign messaging remains consistent and assist users when they don’t know the answer to a certain question.
Follow the steps below to create canned responses in conversation campaigns:
Step 1: Finalise your campaign build
Finalise all other parts of your campaign build before navigating to the canned responses section > select add a canned response:

Step 2: Create your canned responses
Name your canned response and add the body of what your would like your canned response to say
Tip: Use merge tags for personalisation when creating your canned responses
Note: Canned responses can be edited before a reply is sent, meaning they can be made more personal

When you're happy with your response, save it and select Add a canned response if you'd like to add more:
