How to export the results of a campaign
You can export a CSV of the full results of any campaign. Follow our step-by-step guide to export the results:
Step 1: Visit the campaign page and select export results - this is different depending on campaign type:
Email campaign: Select Manage in the top right > from the drop down select export results:

Text and WhatsApp campaign: Select the Export results button at the top of the overview page:

Note: There is also an option to export all messages
Phone: Select Export results as CSV button under Results

Note: For calling campaigns, there are some different export options:
- Export caller stats CSV: a breakdown of stats for each caller who volunteered to phone members in the campaign. This includes a breakdown of the caller's name, the name of the campaign, the number of call sessions commenced, total time online, total dials and dials per hour.
- Export all calls as CSV: a detailed breakdown of all calls that took place within the campaign and the answers each recipient gave to the campaign's questions.
Step 2: A pop up message will let you know the export is on its way and give you the password for the CSV export. Copy this password to your keyboard.

Tip: Don't exit the pop up message until you have accessed your results as this is the only time you can access the password.
Step 3: You'll receive an email with a link to download the CSV of the results. Enter the password provided to open the zip file and access your results
