How to use canned responses in peer to peer SMS/WhatsApp campaigns
Volunteers can now use canned responses in P2P SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, so you don’t have to retype the same answer over and over again. This functionality will speed up the process of replying to people and also help you when you don’t know an answer to recipient’s question.
Once the recipient has replied, admins, users and volunteers can start replying. Below is a screenshot of the volunteer platform:

When replying, volunteers can use the canned responses you created when building the campaign. Select Choose a response and select the canned response you wish to reply with.

Once you have selected your canned response, you will have the opportunity to edit it before sending it to the recipient.

Once the recipient has confirmed that they have fulfilled the goal of the campaign—in this example, voted—the volunteer can click on the goal via the top right-hand side of the bar:
