Sharing audiences with sub-organisations
Audiences are tied to organisations, an audience created by a national user will be available for other national users but not users in other organisations. Follow these steps to share an audience with organisations lower down in the organisational structure:
To share the audience to organisations below yours:
Step one: Create the audience you need as normal, create a list first if using external data. On the final step tick the box to share with sub organisations.
Step two: Share the exact name of the audience with everyone who will be using it with the instructions below.

To use the shared audience:
The audience will not automatically appear in your audience list, you'll need to create an audience using the one that's been shared following the steps below.
The audience total will typically be lower as you are creating an audience of people in your organisation who are also in the shared audience. You are not able to access data or create audiences of anyone not in your organisation, even if they're in the shared audience.
Step one: Create a new audience. Add the search criteria "is in audience" and select the audience that has been shared with you and add any additional search criteria or exclusions.

Step two: Create the audience and use in your campaigns.
