How to take part in a phone campaign
If you're helping out with a calling campaign, you'll have everything you need within Movement to have those important conversations with supporters and members.
Step 1: Find the campaign you'd like to take part in
When you login, you'll have an overview of the campaigns you're helping out on. To start making calls, find the phone campaign you'd like to take part in and select Go:

Step 2: Choose how to call
Select if you would like to call from your browser or phone:


Step 3: Setup your microphone
If calling through your browser, you'll be asked to setup your microphone and check everything is working:

Step 4: Start calling!
Select the Start calling button when you're ready to make a call

Note: you'll first hear a test message, select Yes - let's go! to confirm if you can hear it:

During the call, you will see an overview page, including any instructions, script and questions as well as goal information (you can select to complete a goal, for example, if someone tells you they have voted in a ballot). You can end the call by selecting the end call button in the top right and then decide in the drop down if you want to continue calling or finish:
