Template audiences

Template audiences let you create campaigns with commonly used audiences in a click. They feature on your landing page and are highlighted on the audiences page to make finding and using your most frequently used audiences simple:

Template audiences can be added and removed easily, meaning they can be used for a specific campaign or for evergreen audiences, like most engaged members.

Create a template audience:

Create the audience
On the third page tick the box for "Make this audience available as a template?" and Create audience.

Make an existing audience a template audience:

Edit the audience you want to make a template and click through to the third page of the audience set up.
On the third page tick the box for "Make this audience available as a template?" and Create audience.

Remove a template audience:

Edit the audience you want to remove and click through to the third page of the audience set up.
On the third page untick the box for "Make this audience available as a template?" and Create audience.
