How to top up in Movement
Movement credit is paid in advance and so you’ll need enough credit in the system to cover upcoming sends. If you do not have enough credit to cover the expected cost of the send, you may not be able to launch the campaign until you’ve topped up.
There are two options for adding credit to your account:
Pay by credit card - usage credit will immediately be available to use in Movement when the payment is processed
Issue and download an invoice for processing by your finance team. As soon as the payment reaches Movement, usage credit will be available.
To top up by credit card or invoice:
First, select the budget button in the top right corner of the page.

Then, under Current Balance, select top up:

A pop-up box will appear that will prompt you to select the type of top-up you would like:

1. Credit card top-up
To top up by credit card, enter the amount of credit you wish to top up.
Credit and usage charges in Movement are in USD but you can choose whether to pay for credit in USD or GBP.
The credit will be available to use as soon as the payment is processed. Payments made in GDP will be converted to USD for usage credit in Movement.

2. Invoice top-up
To issue an invoice, choose the currency you wish to use and then enter the amount you want to top up.
Movement credit and usage charges are in USD so payments made with GBP will be converted to USD for use as credit in Movement.
When you click to issue the invoice it will automatically be downloaded as a PDF and you can then send it on to your finance team for processing. Credit will be available to use as soon as payment is received.
